Delivery & Assembly

Yes, we have a physical showroom located in Zhongshan City, China. You’re welcome to visit us anytime by appointment. If you’re overseas, we can also arrange a virtual showroom tour or send detailed product videos upon request.

Currently, we don’t offer free shipping, as costs vary based on destination, order volume, and shipping method. However, we always aim to find the most cost-effective shipping solution for you, and we can work with your forwarder or help you compare rates.

We accept multiple payment methods, including T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and L/C for certain large orders. For most standard orders, a 30% deposit is required before production, with the balance payable before shipment.

We ship worldwide! Whether you’re located in Asia, Europe, North America, or the Middle East, we can arrange delivery to your preferred port or door-to-door service, depending on your needs.

Yes, all our lighting products are fully assembled before shipping. Each item is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely and ready for installation. We also offer clear installation.

Delivery time depends on your location and the size of the order.

  • For most orders, production takes 25–35 days after deposit.
  • Shipping usually takes 7–35 days, depending on the destination and method (air, sea, or express). We’ll keep you updated every step of the way and provide full tracking once shipped.

As all our products are made to order, we typically do not accept returns for non-defective items. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it—we’ll do our best to find a solution that works for you.

Yes, we offer a 3-year warranty on most of our lighting products. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal usage. Please contact us for details if your project requires an extended warranty.

If any item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days with photos or video as proof. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Our team is here to make sure you’re fully satisfied.
